North Loop Self-Storage is located at 1440 North Loop Fwy, Houston, TX 77009.
Am I required to store long-term?
Our tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer month-to-month leases with no long-term commitments or obligations.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also sign up for autopay and your payments will be deducted from your credit card, checking or savings account.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, perishables, living plants or animals, or toxic materials. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Sundays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Am I able to purchase boxes and other storage supplies?
Purchase file boxes, picture boxes, VCR boxes, pad, disc and cylinder locks, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, wrapping paper, mattress covers, tape guns duct and clear tape.

We have a few offers for our tenants. Give us a call to speak with a manager or team member.
